The new Maso Chemela farm stay is built according to the energy-saving criteria of Casaclima, the heating is powered by a biomass (wood chip) boiler and the hot water comes from the solar system. Furthermore, entirely furnished in fir wood, it has a lift, outdoor parking, a large panoramic garden with a playground for children and a gazebo.
Located in the heart of the Val di Fiemme, about 1 km from the center of Cavalese and 1.5 km from the Alpe del Cermis ski area, surrounded only by the green of the meadows and woods and immersed in the silence of nature, our Maso offers a breathtaking 360-degree view of the entire valley: to the southeast, the gaze spans the entire Lagorai chain with the Alpe del Cermis in the foreground up to the Pale di S. Martino, to the northwest, the Cornacci mountain, the Cucal mountain, and the Corno Nero stand out, ending with a panoramic view of the town of Cavalese.
Our pride and joy is the beautiful 100 sqm wellness center where guests can regenerate their body in our cozy Finnish sauna or in our spacious Turkish bath, and then finish with a refreshing shower under the cold water jet or be caressed by the nebulized rain of the emotional shower, surrounded by the fresh aroma of mint. A large hot tub with a waterfall invites guests to a toning and relaxing bath at the same time. To fully enjoy this moment of wellness, a reserved relaxation area welcomes guests in an intimate atmosphere where they can rest on comfortable chaise longues or sip a drink. In a simple and familiar environment, we offer accommodation and breakfast services, with the possibility of tasting typical products and a basket for lunch. The price includes the use of our wellness center equipped with a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, hot tub, cold water jet, emotional nebulized shower, reserved relaxation area with sun loungers and herbal tea corner.
We have a ski and bicycle deposit and we provide our mountain bikes free of charge to explore the surroundings by bike.
Thanks to the proximity to the Alpe del Cermis, our Maso represents the starting point for beautiful excursions on the Lagorai chain, where you can explore numerous lakes and discover enchanting and unspoiled landscapes. The Cavalese cable car that takes you to Cermis is only 1 km from the agritur and has a large parking area. Surrounded by woods, it is also possible to go trekking on foot or by bike directly from the Maso.
Just 400 meters away is the "Percorso Vita" in Tesero, a path in the woods where you can stop to do gymnastics exercises on wooden equipment. Or, about 1 km away, you can reach Masi di Cavalese, where the bike path passes, 20 km of route in the valley with gentle slopes that from Predazzo to Cavalese follows the course of the Avisio stream in the midst of an enchanting natural landscape. A mandatory stop on the route is the Cascata di Cavalese (about 3 km from Masi), a spectacular waterfall in the woods.
Forget about having a car, a convenient skibus service with a minibus can take you directly from our Maso to the Cavalese cable car, where you can reach the wonderful slopes of the Alpe del Cermis in a few minutes, including the long and challenging Olimpia slope of 7.5 km and 1400 meters of elevation gain that satisfies the expectations of all skiers.
Or you can arrive in Pampeago, about 8 km from the maso, and find yourself in the other important ski area of the Ski Center Latemar, 45 km of slopes that connect Pampeago, Predazzo, and Obereggen.
The skibus stop for Pampeago is about 300 meters from the agritur. For those who love cross-country skiing, it is possible to reach the nearby Lago di Tesero Cross-Country Skiing Center (already the seat of the 1991 and 2003 Nordic Skiing World Championships and also of the upcoming 2013 Championships) which is about 3 km from the Maso, or reach the Passo di Lavazè which is about 15 km away, a true paradise for cross-country skiing with 80 km of slopes, to which some lift facilities, downhill skiing slopes, and the Snow Park Lavazé with 3 sled, bob, and tube tracks with moving carpets are added.
We can't write anything other than: magnificent experience! Beautiful room, typical, very clean, and breathtaking views! Breakfast with excellent raw materials. They choose with care what to offer to their customers! Jams, apple juice, tarts... all made in-house or in surrounding areas.
We stayed one night, I can only confirm what was written in the previous posts. It's an ideal place to relax. The room was very beautiful with spectacular views. We also used the wellness area, really equipped. Cleanliness everywhere. Excellent breakfast. Vote: 10 and praise.
