Advanced milk cow breeding

Our company is dedicated to milk cow breeding. It was built with respect for the environment and animal welfare, the stable is free and the calves and heifers are separated from the cows. In total, our animals are about a hundred and are mainly fed with our biologically grown fodder (the entire forage area is treated with sludge and manure produced in the company). The company is technologically advanced in terms of equipment for haymaking, the milking room and the animal feeding system, with particular attention to the environment and energy saving, it uses solar energy for hot water, while electricity comes from photovoltaic panels.

The prevalent breeds in our company are the Friesian, the Brown Alpine and the Red Spotted. All the milk is delivered to our social dairy, where the concept of quality is fundamental and above all becomes a guarantee mark. 

Therefore, the yogurt, butter and cheeses we offer to our customers guarantee a high-quality product that encloses all the flavor of mountain milk.

as from tradition

In summer our cattle and calves are taken to the alpine pasture in the high mountain barns and also this ancient practice linked to tradition and customs of our countries is of fundamental importance to maintain the right balance between woods and pasture and preserve the landscape. We invite you therefore to “touch with hand” this farming reality that is at the same time “ancient” because it represented the main sustenance activity in the past and “modern” for the important role it plays today in keeping our beautiful mountain landscape intact.
